Service Delivery: Notifications related to technical support, troubleshooting, ticket updates, projects, third-party coordination communications, and overall service performance.

Account Management: Appointment reminders, account alerts, and billing updates.

Incident Response: System outage notifications, security alerts, and emergency updates.

Ongoing Support: Follow-ups, service optimization recommendations, and feedback requests.
EXPECTATIONS FOR MESSAGING

Frequency: Messaging frequency depends on your level of engagement and service activity.

Standard Hours: Non-urgent messages are sent Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Central).

Support Hours: Support-related messages are addressed Monday–Sunday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM.

Emergency Messages: Critical updates may be sent at any time to address urgent issues.
If you wish to stop receiving emails, contact us to request removal from our email list. For active clients, this request requires approval from the designated primary contact on your account.

To opt out of phone calls, contact us to request removal of your phone number. For active clients, this request also requires approval from the primary contact.
