Covered issues are repaired or replaced barring delay in procurement from our distributors.

Comprehensive Coverage – Enjoy worry-free protection with 100% coverage for parts, labor, trip fees, and even replacement batteries—all included at no extra cost. Batteries are shipped directly to you for easy self-replacement.

Expert Support – Repairs and replacements are handled by our certified technicians, ensuring your system operates at peak performance.

While the Premium Protection Plan offers extensive coverage, certain exclusions apply:

After-hours onsite support (billed separately)

Damage from misuse, intentional harm, or natural disasters.

Unauthorized modifications or cabling not installed by NTPC.

The plan is exclusively available for NTPC Security Systems Core and 360 systems for alarms, cameras, and access control.

You can activate coverage at any time, but any repairs or replacements will not be covered for the first 60 days following activation.

EXAMPLE 1 – SERVICE REQUEST
You purchased a Surveillance System. 18 months later, two cameras lost video feed. You contact us and we schedule an onsite appointment during Service Hours. Our technician discovers both cameras need to be replaced, and they are replaced with your approval!

EXAMPLE 2 – AFTER HOURS REQUEST
You purchase an NTPC Access Control System, and a reader needs to be replaced outside of your business hours at 6pm and the project requires one tech. The technician arrives onsite, diagnoses the issue, and replaces the faulty reader. Since the service occurred outside of regular Service Hours, After Hours rates apply.
