NTPC stands for Niche Tech for Pizza companies because Ashley worked for CSPH Inc. in Dallas, TX, and had a very successful career with Joe Romano and Dick Hafner, starting when she was 16 years old in 2006, until they retired around 2018.

After that, she worked for the purchasing franchise, Team Wow with Brent Hamill, as Director of Operations for three years!
One day, a phone system died at one of the highest volume stores in Dallas, and a replacement had been delivered. It was Friday night, and this was before OLO accounted for ~90% of order count, so no phones = ~$5k in sales.
A third-party IT company was called out to replace the phone system, but couldn't get the phones up after trying for several hours. Impatient and losing sales, Ashley did what any wife would do – she called her husband, Jason, and within two hours (one of those being drive time), the phone system was up and sales were coming in.
And in that moment, they had an epiphany and knew exactly what they were meant to do – help business owners eliminate outages and solve their problems super fast.
So, a week later, they created an LLC and bootstrapped NTPC out of their garage. Ashley stayed with Domino's, and Jason grew the business. Word started spreading, and before they knew it, they hired our first three team members.
After a few years, Ashley had the opportunity to leave Domino's and go full-time with NTPC, and as they say, the rest is history.

Our backup solution is our doorway to remotely managing your stores and was designed with you in mind. Why?
Because not all backups are created equally, and to keep OLO and phones online, it takes proactive management and constant vigilance.
As your Technology Solutions Partner (TSP), we monitor and manage all of our devices (assets) during business hours, so we know when a device that isn't supposed to be moved goes offline, and the best part is –– we take action so you don't have to.
Our backup plan is also unique because we pool all our clients together. This is great news for you because we don't charge for overages, and you won't be on backup for long. Since we also monitor your primary internet, we make sure it comes back up and contact the provider if needed 😉
We'll ship them to you after onboarding is complete and your Supervisors can install them.

NTPC LTE BACKUP INTERNET IS A WIN-WIN-WIN
INTAKE –– Our desktop sign-up process takes 30 to 45 minutes and needs to be completed for each entity within your f-code. Be sure to gather the following information before you begin:

Internet bills for each location (all pages)

Phone bills for each location (all pages)
ONBOARDING –– Once you've completed the sign-up form for each entity in your company, we'll review everything and send you a short list of tasks to complete so we have the remote access we need to support your team at the highest level.
The onboarding tasks aren't complicated. The franchisee will need to send a few emails and setup their NTPC portal. The remaining tasks can be delegated!

To help everyone prepare for the upcoming New Network in 2026, we are offering a service we call "NGP Prep" where we'll complete all the pre-conversion steps so your team only has to install the new hardware before the current July 2026 deadline.
New Network is a stepping stone to Next Gen Pulse, and since we've converted stores to 4.0 –– we know all the steps involved and can do the heavy lifting –– all the way from Texas.
